Please tell us at the beginning of our phone conversation or email message that you will be paying privately so that our conversation with you will be a lot simpler and quicker.
We understand private in home care clients and we have a reputation for offering the best quality in home care, particularly for high care elders who don’t want to move to a Nursing Home.
Our expert private care can top up your Government Funded Home Care Package so you never need to go to a Nursing Home.
When you start with us as a private client, we will guide you through the process applying for a government assistance funding program, see Nurse Consultant tab if you don’t already have one. This is so, you don’t miss out on this universal Government assistance.

Kms of Travel and Travel Time
Kms of travel are calculated at 1.10c/km | Wheelchair Accessible Van at $2.76/km.
Travel Time, to and from clients home, is calculated (charged pro rata) at same rate of service.

Low – care needs $ 5,900 – no active nights
Medium – High needs $9,500 – includes active nights
A pre medical history (PMHx) that includes; Mental and physical impairment that involves > 18hrs care Or in receipt of HCPL4 = Medium-High care
(Diagnosed Dementia, Parkinson’s, PTSD, Physical, mental, behavioural, disability - high physical (hoist lifting) or behavioural management )
For Domestic or international Travel needs

For 24-hour care, the cost is $1,400 per day

Part-time care ranges from $420 to $600 per day, in addition to travel costs.

Clients pay all travel expenses, including airfare, lodging (typically an adjoining suite), meals and fees to events.
